We recommend researching plant requirements before purchase, especially for specialized categories like Bonsai, Air-Cleaning Plants, and Black and Dark variety plants.

4. Orders and Payment

Order Process:

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email. This email is not an acceptance of your order, but confirmation that we’ve received it. Acceptance of your order occurs when we dispatch your plants.

Pricing:

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices without notice, though changes will not affect orders already accepted.

Payment Methods:

We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. Payment is deducted at the time of order processing.

Order Processing:

We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

5. Shipping Policy

We ship globally, excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia. Shipping options include:

Standard Shipping – $12.95

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery Time: 10-15 days after dispatch

Free Shipping

  • Available for orders over $50
  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors beyond our control such as customs delays, weather conditions, or transport disruptions.

We package plants with care to ensure they arrive in good condition. However, we cannot be held responsible for delays once shipments have left our nursery.

Returns Timeframe:

We accept returns within 15 days of you receiving your plants.

Return Conditions:

To be eligible for return or exchange, plants must be:

  • In their original condition
  • In the original packaging where possible
  • Alive and healthy (not expired due to improper care)

Non-Returnable Items:

Due to their perishable nature and specific growing requirements, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged once shipped:

  • Bulbs (from the Bulbs category)
  • Air-Cleaning Plants (sensitive to environmental changes)
  • Bonsai plants (require specialized care and are highly sensitive to transport)
  • Bee Friendly Plants and Butterfly Food Plants (often contain specific nectar/pollen that degrades quickly)
  • Black and Dark variety plants (highly specialized cultivars)
  • All Australian Native Plants that have been removed from their original packaging

Refund Processing:

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timeline: Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving returned items
  • Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error
