Returns Timeframe
We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your plants. Please contact us immediately if your plants arrive damaged or there’s an issue with your order.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us: Email our friendly team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
- Provide Details: Include your order number and reason for return/exchange
- Wait for Instructions: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return authorization and shipping instructions
- Ship Items: Package the items securely and ship to our nursery
- Processing: Once received, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5 business days
Return Conditions
To be eligible for return or exchange, plants must be:
- In their original condition
- In the original packaging where possible
- Alive and healthy (not expired due to improper care)
⚠️ Important Note: Non-Returnable Items
Due to their perishable nature and specific growing requirements, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged once shipped:
- Bulbs (from the Bulbs category)
- Air-Cleaning Plants (sensitive to environmental changes) Bonsai plants (require specialized care and are highly sensitive to transport)
- Bee Friendly Plants and Butterfly Food Plants (often contain specific nectar/pollen that degrades quickly)
- Black and Dark variety plants (highly specialized cultivars)
- All Australian Native Plants that have been removed from their original packaging
We recommend researching plant requirements before purchasing and contacting us immediately if you receive damaged or incorrect items from these categories.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timeline: Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving returned items
- Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error
Exchange Policy
Prefer a different plant? We’re happy to exchange your purchase for:
- Another plant of equal value
- Store credit for future purchases
- The difference in cost for a more expensive plant (you pay the difference)
Exchanges are processed once we receive the original items in acceptable condition.
