We also offer plants for specific conditions like acid soils and clay soils, as well as theme-based collections like bee-friendly plants, bird food plants, and air-cleaning plants.
Are your plants suitable for my local climate and soil conditions?
We offer plants for various conditions, including coastal environments, acid soils, and clay soils. However, we recommend checking your local weather extremes before ordering and selecting plants suited to your specific region.
Do you offer gift plants for special occasions?

Delivery & Shipping

Where do you deliver?
We ship our plants worldwide! However, due to biosecurity regulations, we are currently unable to deliver to Asia and some remote areas.
What shipping options are available?
We offer two convenient options:
Standard Shipping (DHL or FedEx): $12.95 AUD, delivered in 10-15 business days after dispatch.
Free Shipping (EMS): FREE on orders over $50 AUD, delivered in 15-25 business days after dispatch.
How are the plants packaged for delivery?
Our expert team carefully packages all plants using specialised materials to protect them during transit. They are hand-selected, watered, and prepared to ensure they arrive at your door healthy and ready to grow.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes! Once your order leaves our nursery in Eurimbula, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (where available) so you can follow its journey.
Are there any customs charges for international orders?
For orders shipped outside of Australia, any customs or import duties are the responsibility of the recipient. We complete all necessary phytosanitary certificates for international shipments.

Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy?
We stand by the quality of our plants and packaging. If your plants arrive damaged or have suffered significantly during transit, please contact our support team at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll happily offer a replacement or refund. Our general return period is 15 days from receipt of goods.
What should I do if my plants arrive damaged?
Please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) at [email protected] with clear photos of the damaged plants and packaging. Our friendly team will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Plant Care After Delivery

What should I do when my plants arrive?
Unpack them immediately! They’ve been in a dark box and will be eager to see the sun. Give them a good drink of water and place them in a sheltered spot for a day or two to acclimatise before planting them out.
My plant looks a little tired after its journey. Is this normal?
Absolutely. Travelling can be stressful for plants, just like it can be for us! A good water and a day or two in a sheltered spot to recover will usually see them perk right up.
