The Journey of Your Order

  1. Order Processing (1-2 business days): After you place your order, our green-thumbed team gets to work. Each plant is hand-selected, carefully watered, and lovingly prepared for its journey. We’ll send you a confirmation email as soon as it’s packed and ready to go.
  2. Dispatch & Tracking: Once your order leaves our nursery in Eurimbula, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (where available). Now the adventure begins!
  3. Delivery: Keep an eye on your tracking info. For a smooth delivery, please ensure someone is available to receive the package or provide a safe delivery instruction.

We understand the concern of ordering live plants online. That’s why we stand by the quality of our packaging and our plants. Our specialised packaging is designed to protect your tubestock, ensuring they have enough moisture and cushioning to arrive in excellent condition.

If your plants arrive damaged or have suffered significantly during transit, please contact our friendly support team at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Important Things to Remember

  • Unpack Immediately: Please open your box as soon as it arrives. Your plants have been in a dark box and will be eager to see the sun!
  • Give Them a Drink: After their long trip, your plants will be thirsty. Give them a good water and place them in a sheltered spot for a day or two to acclimatise before planting.
  • Check Local Conditions: Please be aware of your local weather extremes when ordering. We advise against shipping during periods of severe heat or frost if possible.
  • Customs & Import Duties: For international orders, please note that any customs or import duties are the responsibility of the recipient. We complete all necessary phytosanitary certificates for international shipments.
